Company Pleasing Easy Baby Back Ribs
I have been posting recipes that make it easy to exercise hospitality. With the Super Bowl, Valentine's Day and President's weekend this month, I am hoping that you will reach out and include some new friends. We get comfortable with our clique and forget others that we don't know well. With good food and some games, we can learn a lot about others. Ribs are a crowd pleaser, so be sure and share them!
Oven Baked Ribs
1 rack of baby back ribs for every two people
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Your favorite barbecue sauce
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. If you don't know how to do this, the website listed below will show you how. I have learned that if you slide a butter knife under the membrane at the first and second bone and lift it, it gives you a good start. This step makes the ribs more tender and they absorb the seasoning from both sides.

Place ribs on a foil lined baking sheet and coat with Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Cover with another sheet of foil and seal the edges. Bake for 3-4 hours at 300 degrees, until tender. Drain liquid. Coat both sides with barbecue sauce. At this point you can place them on a grill for 10-15 minutes, or just cover with the foil and place back in the oven for another 30-45 minutes and lower the oven temperature to 275, until the sauce is dry on the ribs.
Serve with extra sauce. These fall off the bone so you will want a fork to eat them.
