Chicken Pasta Salad

This is a favorite family recipe to make ahead and serve during the warmer months. It keeps for three days in the refrigerator.


 8-9 chicken tenders, baked and cut into bite size cubes.

3 stalks of celery coarsely chopped

1 small medium onion finely chopped

1 1/2 cups of Craisins

1 lb box of macaroni (any shape) cooked

1 tsp. celery salt

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (optional)

2 to 3 cups of Hellmann's Mayonnaise (add 2 cups and then more as necessary to thoroughly coat the salad. 

Mix all together and chill several hours before eating,
